Tina does 1/20th of weeding her vegetable garden per minute. Likewise, Marisa does 1/50th a garden per minute. So:
1/20+1/50=1/n
5/100+2/100=1/n
7/100=1/n
7n=100
n=100/7, or 14.28571 minutes to weed the garden, working together. ☺☺☺☺
