(n+1)^n < 2n^2 for all natural numbers
n >= 3

The statement is wrong:

at n = 3:  the left side is    =  = 64,

           the right side is   = 2*9 = 18.


Even if to read the right side as , then at n= 3 this expression is  =  = 36.

Wrong statement.
