This appears to be simple addition of fractions, but just how do you mean that x symbol in the "bicycle" and the "scooter" distances? If b for bicycle and s for scooter and f for "on foot", then .

He travels 1×2/3 km on bicycle.               - I do not understand it. You use very non-traditional way to present the numbers. What is it?

1×1/6 km on scooter and rest on foot.         - Again, what is "1x1/6" ?

Is my understanding correct that you use the symbol "x" as a place-holder for the blank symbol?
