:
there are 100 sq meters in 1 ares
there are 100 ares in 1 hector
there are 10000 sq meters in 1 hector

He has to plow:
3.01 * 10000 - (50*40)
30100 - 2000 = 28,100 sq meters
:
He can plow 38 ares which is 3800 sq meters
therefore
