Question 99462: This particular expression is... complicated. The original problem is I solved it down to then I don't know what to do. I tried factoring by grouping and that didn't simplify the expression so then I thought about canceling like terms but that doesn't work for 5x and 3x and then there's nothing for 12. So, my question is: Am I done solving? Or do I have miles to go?
Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the 3rd term of the numerator should be 9x instead of 5x.
you did a fine job. you've gone about as far as you could go.
