solve for x:
1) bx-cx=-c
x(b-c) = -c
x = -c/(b-c)
OR
x = c/(c-b)
--------------------
2) bx+a=dx+c
bx-dx = c-a
x(b-d) = c-a
x = (c-a)/(b-d)
