time = 8 hr/job ; rate = 1/8 job/hr
-------------------
Together DATA:
time = 3 hr/job ; rate = 1/3 job/hr
---------------------
Gregory DATA:
time = x hr/job ; rate = 1/x job/hr
-----------------------
EQuATIOn:
rate + rate = together rate
1/8 + 1/x = 1/3
3x + 24 = 8x
5x=24
x = 4.8 hrs = 4 hrs 48 minutes (Gregory time to do the job)
