You can't solve it.
There are two variables and only one equation.
You can plot it.
you can find points on the line.
you can find the slope.

You can't. You can rearrange it so that either of the variables is defined in terms of the other, which is to say you could solve it for y in terms of x or for x in terms of y. But with a two variable equation you cannot find a unique solution.
