Answer by checkley75(3666)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5p+8=-10p+3
5p+10p=3-8
15p=-5
p=-5/15
p=-1/3 answer.
proof
5*-1/3+8=-10*-1/3+3
-5/3+8=10/3+3
-5/3-10/3=3-8
-15/3=-5
-5=-5
