35X+50=40X+35
35X-40X=35-50
-5X=-15
X=-15/-5
X=3 MONTHS THE FEES WILL BE EQUAL.
PROOF:
35*3+50=105+50=$155 TOTAL COST.
40*3+35=120+35=$155 DITTO.
