Question 681625: I am having difficulty solving this equation 4m+5n=25 solve for n. Can you help?

Answer by funmath(2933)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4m+5n=25 solve for n.
First, subtract 4m from both sides because it doesn't have an n.
-4m+4m+5n=-4m+25
5n=-4m+25
n is being multiplied by 5 so divide both sides of the equation by 5

Hope that helped. Happy calculating!!!
