the easiest way to handle any kind of fraction problems is to clear the denominator by multiplying the entire equation.
first clear the parentheses:
then multiply through by 15:
subtract 60z from both sides:
add 21 to both sides:
divide both sides by 150:
(-infinity,71/50)
