solve for z.
I think it might me something alone the lines of cross multiplying then working the equation down from there but I'm not sure..

Multiply both sides of the equation by the LCD which is xyz:

In order to solve for z, you need to get all the z terms on one side. You may want to subtract xz from each side:
Factor out the z in order to get the z in one place:
Divide both sides by (y-x):
