Hi Sher,
Is 19 a solution to the equation 10 - x = 9?
Substitute 19 in for x and see if both sides and see if both sides equal.
10-19=9
-9=9
-9 does not = 9
So 19 is not a solution to the equation.
Happy Calculating, Sher!!!
