I have to find the x and y intercepts of x^2+4x+y^2-2y=0
I usually know how to find the x and y int. but I'm not sure how to when there are both x and x^2 or y and y^2 values.
Please help me find the intercepts.

find the x and y intercepts of x^2+4x+y^2-2y=0

x-intercepts ???
Let y = 0 to get:
x^2+4x = 0
x(x+4) = 0
x = 0 or x = -4
The x-intercepts are (0,0) and (-4,0)

y-intercepts ???
Let x = 0 to get:
y^2-2y = 0
y(y-2) = 0
y = 0 or y = 2
The y-intercepts are (0,0) and (0,2)
