Question 47654: I have to simplify the rational function of (x2 - z2)/(x + z)
I have come to 2-z and x+2 and now am sure I am not doing something correctly. Please help!

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x^2 - z^2)/(x + z)=x-z
You can verify this by multiply (x-z)(x+z) using
the FOIL method.
