(x+8)/5 - (x-8)/7 = 2..MULTIPLY THROUGH OUT WITH 7*5=35
7(X+8)-5(X-8)=2*35=70
7X+56-5X+40=70
2X=70-40-56=-26
X=-26/2=-13
