First we need to switch the variables around on the denominator on the first fraction.
25/-m+5-5m/m^2-25==>25/(m-5)-5m/m^2-25
Now we need to factor the second fraction denominator
25/(m-5)-5m/(m-5)(m+5)
Next we need to answer the question what is missing from the first denominator in order make common denominators: The answer is (m+5). Multiply the top by (m+5)
25(m+5)/(m-5)(m+5)-5m/(m-5)(m+5)==>25m+125/(m-5)(m+5)-5m/(m-5)(m+5)
Combine and Simplify
25m+125-5m/(m-5)(m+5)==>20m+125/(m-5)(m+5)
