Hi,
Recommend taking Your solving skills with You when solving Inequalities,
keeping in mind that multiplying or dividing by a negative number does
reverse the sign of the Inequality. (although not necessary in this example)
2(4y-8)≥ 3(4y+5)
8y - 16 ≥ 12y + 15
-31 ≥ 4y
-31/4 ≥ y
{y| y ≤ -31/4}
