3x-y=9
2x+y=1

Answer by checkley79(3341)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x-y=9
2x+y=1 add
----------
5x=10
x=10/5
x=2 ans.
3*2-y=9
6-y=9
-y=9-6
-y=3
y=-3 ans.
Proof:
2*2+(-3)=1
4-3=1
1=1
