Answer by algebrahouse.com(1659)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6d^2(2d^5)^4
= 6d^2(16d^20) {took everything in parentheses to the 4th power}
= 96d^22 {multiplied and added exponents}

when you have a power to a power.....multiply the exponents
when you are multiplying with the same base.....add the exponents
