Question 391811: if r =5z then 15z=3y, then r =?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
if r=5z, then 3r=15z when you multiply both sides by 3

Since 15z=3y, this means that 3r=3y. Now divide both sides by 3 to get r=y

So the solution is r = y
