solve the system y=2x+1 and y-2x=5 by substitution
y=2x+1
y-2x=5 Substituting for y
(2x + 1)-2x = 5
1 ≠ 5 there is NO solution for this system
Note: the lines are parallel, both with slopes = 2
y = 2x+1 and y = 2x + 5
