Let "a" be number of 2-grain capsules
Let "b" be number of 3-grain capsules
---------------------------------
Quantity:::: a + b = 200 capsules
Grains Eq:::2a + 3b = 520 grains
---
Multiply thru 1st equation by 2 to get:
2a + 2b = 2*200
---
Subtract that from the Grains Eq. and solve for "b":
b = 120 (# of 3-grain capsules)

Since a+b = 200, a = 80 (# of 2-grain capsules)
