i've gotten to this point below.
1,000,000 = 150,000/irr
i'd appreciate as many steps as you can show regarding the isolation of "irr"

NPR+1,000,000= 150,000/irr
Multiply both sides by "irr" and divide both sides by "NPR+100,000"
to get:
irr= 150,000/[NPR+1,000,000]
