1st problem looks like a typo. Check it.
2nd problem:
Let team A point score be "x".
Then team B point score is "x+19"
EQUATION:
score + score = 143
x+x+19 = 143
2x= 124
x=62 points scored by team A
x+19= 81 points scored by team B
