We want half of that.
then multiply by.70

AREA=3.14*14^2
AREA=3.14*196
AREA=615.44 IN^2 FOR THE CIRCLE.
615.44/2=307.72 IS THE AREA FOR THE SEMI CIRCLE.
307.72*.70=%215.40 IC THE COST OF COATING.
