Ziggy's Famous Yogurt blends regular yogurt that is 3% fat with its no-fat yogurt to obtain low-fat yogurt that is 1% fat. How many pounds of regular yogurt and how many pounds of no-fat yogurt should be mixed to obtain 60 pounds of low-fat yogurt?

Ziggy's Famous Yogurt blends regular yogurt that is 3% fat with its no-fat yogurt to obtain low-fat yogurt that is 1% fat. How many pounds of regular yogurt and how many pounds of no-fat yogurt should be mixed to obtain 60 pounds of low-fat yogurt?
Let the regular fat yogurt to be added be x lbs.
The no fat yogurt to be added will be 60-x lbs
3%fat means 97% of it has no fat
0% fat means 100% of it is not fat
0.97x +1(60-x)=0.99*60
0.97x+60-x=59.4
-0.03x =-0.6
x=-0.6/-0.03
x=20 lbs. regular fat yugurt
balance 40 lbs 0% yogurt
