What is the simplified form?

Factor:
[(x-2)(x+2)]/(x+2)^2
----
Cancel (x+2)/(x+2) to get:
(x-2)/x+2)

Are you sure that there are both s and x?
If they are both x or both s
It becomes
(x-2)/(x+2)
or (s-2)/(s+2)
