Show each step in multiplying/dividing the 
following rational expressions:

  2x2 - x - 3     3x2 - 11x - 20

Factor all numerators and denominators:

 (2x-3)(x+1)     (3x+4)(x-5)
————————————— · ——————————————
 (3x+4)(x+1)     (2x-3)(2x+3)

Put all the numerator and denominator factors 
together as one fraction.

 (2x-3)(x+1)(3x+4)(x-5)

 (3x+4)(x+1)(2x-3)(2x+3)
 
Cancel the (2x-3)'s

 (2x-3)(x+1)(3x+4)(x-5)
