Everything you did was correct up to and including the point where you said:



But when you then divided through by 2, you should have left the in the middle with the following result:



The graph is, as the instructions to the problem state, one-dimensional. That is, you are just graphing on the regular old number line. Make a little circle at , then make another little circle at to mark your endpoints. The reason that you are using little circles to mark the end points is because your inequality signs are NOT inclusive of equals. If your relationship signs had been instead of then you would have used solid dots.

Once you have the endpoints marked, make a heavy line between the endpoints to show the inclusion of everything in between the endpoints.
