Question 201934: I forgot how to do these types of problems.
1. (x+4)(x-7)
2. 2x^2(4x^3 + 3y)

Answer by rfer(16322)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) x times x=x^2, x times -7=-7x
4 times x=4x, 4times -7=-28
----------------------------------
x^2-7x
4x-28 now combine like terms
----------------
x^2-3x-28
---------------------
now you try number 2, remember that exponents add when multipling
Good luck
