-2/3 x < 20
.
multiply thru by +3/2
.
-x < 3*20/2
.
-x < 30
.
Remember when we multiply (or divide) an inequality by (-1) ,,,,
we must flip (change) inequality sign.
.
multiplying by (-1) thru out
.
x> -30,,,,,,answer
.
checking
for x= -29,,,,(# larger than -30),,,,,, -2/3 (-29) < 20 ,,,,,,, +19.33 < 20,,,,,ok
.
for x=-30,,,,,(# = - 30),,,,,-2/3 (-30) <20,,,,,,,,+ 20 < 20,,,, no but equal
.
for x = -31,,,,,(# smaller than -30),,,, -2/3 (-31) <20 ,,,,, + 20.67 < 20,,,, no

(-2/3)x<20 I assume that this is the problem.
-2x/3<20
-2x<60
x>30 remember to reverse the inequality sign when dividing by a negative number.
