Two cars travel toward each other from cities that are 945km. apart at rates of 120km/hr and 90 km/hr. They started at the same time. In how many hours will they meet?

Since speed=distance/time, then distance=speed*time, so:
If t is the time they will travel before they meet then:
120*t + 90*t = 945
210t=945
t=4.5 hours
