Question 187412: Simplify
(C^0)^2+(2B)^1+(2B^3)^-2
Thank you!
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simplify
(C^0)^2+(2B)^1+(2B^3)^-2
---
(1)^2 + (2B) + [1/(4B^6)]
---
1 + (2B) + (1/4B^6)
lcd = 4B^6
Convert each term to a fraction with the lcd as its denominator:
= (4B^6/lcd) + (8B^7/lcd) + 1/lcd
Combine the numerators over the lcd:
= [4B^6 + 8B^7 + 1]/(4B^6)
