I tried to put this problem in the triple curly braces but it said it was a bad expression, so I hope you can still understand it.
I not even sure how to read this problem let alone solve it. Please show your work so I can understand.

We work it from the inside out:

First we do only the part I have colored red below:

-[-(-1)15]



   (-1)15 is (-1), so now instead of
   (-1)15, we have just (-1), so the expression
   is now  



-[-(-1)]

Now we do only the part I have colored blue below:

-[-(-1)]



   -(-1) is just +1, so the expression is now



-[ +1  ]

And this is just

    -1
