Answer by eperette(173)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-2y + x - 4 = 3y - 2x
-2y+2y+x-4 = 2y + 3y -2x
x-4= 5y -2x
x+2x-4=5y-2x+2x
3x-4=5y
(3x-4)/5=5y/5
(3x/5)-(4/5)=y
OR
y=3x/5-4/5
