simplify: 4(x+2)- (3y-2)= ?? Can you type in variables in a formula and get an answer? I see that the keyboard has letters. I am only able to do these type of quests if there are no variables involves (i.e. letters).

No, the 84 is not a symbolic calculator so cannot
solve equations directly.
