[(4x-8)/(6x^2-30x)]/[(5x-10)/(8x^2-40x)] invert the second fraction & multiply.
[4(x-2)/6x(x-5)] cancel out the (x-2) terms & (x-5) terms:
4/6x*8x/5 now cancel out the x terms.
4/6*8/5 now multiply the numerator & denominator values.
32/30 now reduce.
16/15 ans.
