9X+6=12+6X-24
9X-6X=-12-6
3X=-18
X=-18/3
X=-6 ANSWER.
PROOF:
1/3(27*-6+18)=12+6(-6-4)
1/3(-162+18)=12+6*-10
1/3*-144=12-60
-48=-48
