2m%2B5=m%2F1 Anything over one is unchanged,so:
2m+5=m Sutract m from both sides
m+5=0 Subtract 5 from both sides gives m=-5
m%2F%282%2B3%29=m%2F%285%2B5%29is same as:m%2F5=m%2F10Multiply both sides by 10 and 5
to get10m=5m.This is not possible.Have you missed a coefficient of m?
3x+4(x-2)=7+x Multiply everything in bracket by the 4:
3x+4x-8=7+x which is 7x-8=7+x Sutract x from both sides
6x-8=7 Add 8 to both sides to get:
6x=15 Divide both sides by 6
x=15%2F6=2.5
6(2x+7)=102 Remove bracket by multiplying by the 6
12x+42=102 Subtract 42 from both sides
12x=60 Divide both sides by 12
x=5
You have the idea by now so try next two yourself.
