Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y= 2/5x - 7
y=2/5x + 4
-------------
There's no solution
If you rearrange it,
y - 2/5x = -7
y - 2/5x = 4
4 does not equal -7, so no solution.
If you graph it, you'll get 2 parallel lines.
