.

All you need for it is to have two expressions equal at s = 5

    c*5 + 3 = c*5^2 - 3,

or

    5c + 3 = 25c - 3

    3 + 3 = 25c - 5c

      6   =   20c

      c   =   =  = 0.3.

ANSWER.  c = 3/10 =  = 0.3.

Solved.
