You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The given set of equations are:

0.4x - 0.1y = 0.3 -------------(1)
-80x + 20y = 40 ---------------(2)

The first equation can be written,

4x - 1y = 3 ------------------(3)
-80x + 20y = 40 --------------(4)

Using (3) in this way in (4) we get:
y = 4x - 3

-80x + 20(4x - 3) = 40

-80x + 80x - 60 = 40

- 60 = 40

which is not possible
hence the given system of equations has no solutions

thus the solution
