1/2=2/4 NOW CROSS MULTIPLY.
NUMERATOR OF THE LEFT FRACTION*THE DENOMINATOR OF THE RIGHT FRACTION (1*4)=THE NUMERATOR OF THE RIGHT FRACTION*THE DENOMINATOR OF THE LEFT FRACTION (2*2).
1*4=2*2
4=4
--------------------------------------------------
C-59=-7/1 NOW CROSS MULTIPLY
1C=-7*-59
1C=413 ANSWER.
