She not only saw all of her patients in only 22 days, but she also saw an additional 80 patients. How many patients does the doctor normally see per day?"

[ patients/day ] x [ days needed to see them ] = [ total of patients seen ]
The new rate, , times days includes
additional patients seen, so I have to subtract it to get ,
