Question 1033031: Eden claims that the
following two equations
are different ways
of writing the same
equation. Is she correct?
Justify your answer.
8a+c = 7c+16
C= -a+2

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
8a+c = 7c+16 same as C = -a+2 ????
Subtract c from both sides to get:
8a = 6c + 16
Sutract 16 from both sides to get:
6c = 8a-16
Divide both sides by 6 to get:
C = (4/3)a - (8/3)
