Question 10271: 5(x-3)-7(6-x)+29=50-3(8-x)
Answer by gsmani_iyer(201)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

5(x-3)-7(6-x)+29 = 50 - 3(8-x)
= 5x-15-42+7x+29 = 50-24+3x ......... removed the brackets
= 12x-28 = 3x+26
= 12x-3x = 26+28 = 54
= 9x = 54
= x = = 6
So x = 6 Answer.
First, you remove the brackets and start simplifying. Bring all the
x to one side and values other side. It will then be easy for you
to solve the problem.
