Rearrange::
14f - 7e = -7*190
14f + 11e = 92342

Subtract and solve for "e"::
18e = 92342+7*190
-----
e = 5204 dollars (amt. invested at 11%)
Solve for "f":
2f = e-190
2f = 5204-190
2f = 514
f = 257 dollars (amt. invested at 14%)
