(n^2 p^-4) (n^-5 p^2)
[]/ n[]p[]

Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(n^2 p^-4) (n^-5 p^2)
You do these problems by working with each variable separately.
n^2*n^-5*p^-4*p^2, rewriting, because you may multiply in any order you choose.
n^-3*p^-2 is one form.
1/(n^3*p^2) is a better form, since we usually do not like negative exponents in the answer.
